Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Area

We currently arrange delivery through Green Agrow and designated third-party courier partners.

2. Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

• Delivery is free when the product value is above ₹1,500.
• For orders of ₹1,500 or less, delivery up to 5 km costs ₹60.
• For orders of ₹1,500 or less, delivery over 5 km and up to 12 km costs ₹120.
• For delivery beyond 12 km, the charge set by our designated third-party courier company will be confirmed with you before payment.

5. Weight Limit

These courier charges apply to orders weighing up to 20 kg. Orders above 20 kg cannot be completed through the standard checkout; please contact us for a custom delivery arrangement.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its progress from your account or the Track Order page.

7. Delays

Delivery may be delayed by weather, public holidays, courier issues or incorrect address details. We will keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
