Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Because most of our products are food, consumables or agricultural products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, expired or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. After checking, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show the amount in your account.

4. Non-refundable Cases

• Opened or used products, unless they were damaged or incorrect on delivery.
• Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
• Natural variation in colour, texture or aroma between batches.
